Beginning with the initial consultation, we work closely with clients to understand their objectives and help them see the possibilities for their landscape. The design develops through an interactive process based on client feedback. Prior to beginning design work, we document the existing features of the property and conduct an in-depth interview. This enables us to thoroughly understand the outdoor lifestyle and preferences of our clients. We present our initial concepts as refined drawings, accompanied by an installation budget, so that clients can make well-informed decisions regarding the direction of the project.

The conceptual plan is further refined during the design development phase. Materials are selected and detailed construction drawings are prepared to ensure that all project details are thoughtfully resolved and clearly communicated. The project budget is monitored and modified in tandem with the development of the design.
